Round 3 Johns and Daley Cup Matches

Round Three of the Andrew Johns and Laurie Daley Cups kick-off in Maitland, Figtree, Campbelltown, Graton, Singleton and West Belconnen this weekend with all matches live streamed on CRL’s Facebook Page.

Round Two saw a number of exciting matches, with the North Coast Bulldogs, Western Rams, Greater Northern Tigers and Monaro Colts producing victories in both competitions.

The Western Rams and Greater Northern continued their strong form in the Johns Cup, with impressive 26-16 and 40-10 wins over Riverina and Newcastle Knights DS, whilst the North Coast Bulldogs claimed a 26-12 victory over Central Coast – their first win in the competition after drawing with the Parramatta Eels in Round One.

The Western Rams and the Parramatta Eels were big winners in the Daley Cup, with strong 44-10 and 60-0 defeats over Riverina and the Northern Rivers Titans. Last year’s champions, Newcastle Knights DS went down by two points to the Greater Northern Tigers, who will look to continue their unbeaten run when they face Parramatta in Singleton on Saturday.
