Country Rugby League is proud to announce the appointment of Jack Ramage as Community Engagement Sports Officer for the Western Region.

Ramage has a strong affiliation with Rugby League in the Western Region, having played for multiple clubs including The Coonabarabran Rugby League Club, The CSU Bathurst Mungoes and The Baradine Magpies.

Country Rugby League CEO Terry Quinn believes Ramage’s appointment will be a vital asset to the Western Region.

“It will be a great benefit to the Western Region to have Jack on board in the role of Community Engagement Sports Officer,” said Quinn.

“Jacks’ focus will be on improving the administration and operational sides of clubs throughout the Region and he will work closely with communities to strengthen their engagement with the game,”

“Jack will be based in Baradine and mainly focused on The Barwon Darling Rugby League Competition to start with but will extend his reach as the year progresses.”

Ramage, who has played Rugby League since he was five years old, is eager to see what his new appointment will bring.

“I’m really excited to begin the role and start working with teams throughout the region to both ensure and grow participation in the game of Rugby League.
